The EdTalk Post | New Delhi:

The International Council for Educational Research & Training, USA (ICERT) signed an MoU digitally with Upskills Learning Council, India (ULC) for holding the National Online Talent Search Exam (NOTSE Olympiad) for the students of Class 1 to 10 in the schools globally.

The NOTSE was first conducted by ICERT on September 15, 2016, in the academic year 2016-2017 in association with the ULC. Thousands of schools since then have been actively participating in this single level examination that aims at promoting reasoning skills and creating awareness about the various skill verticals and profession among the student community across the globe.

Under this MOU ULC will Conduct NOTSE Olympiad in 6 Categories worldwide. Through this Olympiad student can also entitle for Various Scholarships of ULC.

President ICERT, Dr. Jonathan Brooks signed the MoU on behalf of ICERT, whereas ULC Founder Director, Smt. Akshma Sharma and Secretary General Dr. M K Bhardwaj were signatories from the ULC.

ICERT Central Council Members Kasey William and Prof. James Cooper were also present during the MoU signing ceremony.

ULC Secretary General, Dr. M K Bhardwaj, said that the NOTSE Olympiad is being conducted to help the students evaluate themselves at school/city/state/national level and decide on their professional career at an early stage. It will also help students understand how competent they are among their peers.

“UpSkills Learning Council” (ULC) “An International Diplomatic Mission for Education and Entrepreneurship Development “registered as a non-governmental and non-profit organization in India under Ministry of Corporate Affairs No. 335717 with Registered Charity No. 111953 under section 8 vide 20th CI Rule 2014.

ULC is holding NOTSE Olympiad under the aegis of ICERT which is an sovereign body situated in USA.

Through this examination, ULC is providing a platform for all students to assess their academic skills, which is also for the propagation of Digital India Mission. This examination is 100% free for all government school students. We are looking for your support so that we can reach maximum government schools and students may get benefit from this.

ULC is not only organizing this examination for the students of government school of India, but also providing free online study material for them.

NOTSE Olympiad – National Online Talent Search Exam

National Online Talent Search Examination is a platform for the schools/ parents to opt “AAS” methodology for their gifted child’s which comprises as an Assessment of Academic Skills of their gifted children. It’s an proven best platform to assess and analyze their performance & win at National Level.

This talent search examination is being conducted online in the context of methodology and technology in the field of education, which can increase the graph of the students in these types of examinations!

To fulfill this objective and to increase the morale of the institution, it is necessary for all the government schools under the state government to observe and receive an official circular. So please have grace us by issuing a circular for the examination in favor of all government school.
